I want to do a 4"-6" lift bigger tires an off roading grill that I can put a winch in and if its possible indapendent suspension in the back I want a softer suspension what should I go with and where can I find an off roading grill

hmmmmm...You're looking for a bumper, not a grille. There are two vendors on this site that make aftermarket winch bumpers, BBP Fab and I don't remember the other guy's name. Look in the Vendors section. And the rear solid axle in your truck can be made to ride plenty soft enough...swapping in IRS would b a chore and a half. I've never even heard of anyone doing that sort of swap.
