need keyless entry code

i have an '01 exp sport trac. i've seen a bunch of quotes saying the computer module is in the door, behind the pass rear seat, behind the pass front airbag. what's the real answer before i start tearing apart my truck. my wife called the dealer and they told her it was $100 to hook it up to a computer.

Thats for 4 doors... On the 01+ sports and sporttracs its behind the passenger airbag...
