Need part information for exhaust

02 Explorer Eddie Bauer V8

I need to find a diagram or part numbers for the clamp between the muffler and the cat. The piece has warped some how and needs to be replaced. I am having problems trying to find the part number or where I can buy whatever this piece is called. Can anyone help me and if not, what other type of information do you need from me?
