need some help with electrical

hi guys, i have a 95' ranger 4x4 stock, since i got it i have had m=no dash lights or heater control lights, all of my warning lights still work like the check engine light but not the light when the headlights come on, any ideas? also i just bought a brush gaurd for it but it doesnt have mounting brackets, any idea where i can get them

well, the obvious first question would be...do you have the dimmer knob turned up? The second would be, have you checked all the fuses? By the way, work the dimmer knob back and forth a bit. Sometimes those things get dead spots in them.
