Ok guys, so here's the story... I have an 03 explorer v6 xlt. The OD light start blinking with the check engine light on. Got the codes read, came up with P0775, P0732, and P0735. I did a search and found this thread
So basically he had all the same codes as me. I am up at school so I have been having my dad bring the truck to various shops and then having the shops call me. All of them have been quoting me ~$1500, which as a college student is a pretty decent chunk of change. Even when I mention the two problems mentioned there (solenoid block or overdrive servo) they just tell me no, thats not the problem. So, what am I supposed to do? Is it really possible that the same three codes could lead to a problem that costs $1500 for one person and a $300 problem for someone else? Anyone got some decent shops in central NJ that could help me out??
