Need walk through on body lift

I was wondering if anyone could give me a step by step on putting a body lift on my 97 exp i hope to get it on before I go back to school so asap would help any helpful hints would greatly help

isn't really anything to tell you, you just need a nice jack, to lift your exp up, when you put the blocks in. And the bumper brackets aren't going to fit anymore, you're gonna have to make some new ones..
