Need Weight in the back

I have this old 1970's upright warn winch.
its big and heavy, thinkin its going to be to heavy for the front. Can I mount this in the back, like in the bed? I just cant see how it could be mounted right. Anyone have any ideas?
This is in a Chop Top BII
Also if you look at this vid, how can I stop my front tire from moving back?
instead of just rolling over it actually moves back some than goes over, on one side I got some rub before with those fenders, its goto move alot to get close to the fender

I have a receiver type hitch on the front bumper that you can put on or take off the winch. Just leave it off on days your not wheeling. I plan to put on a receiver type hitch on the back also. Best of both worlds.

How about changing those worn and mushy radius arm bushings to Poly type ones?

they are new poly bushings I changed them when I did the D35 swap. so less than 100km on them now
