Neon Color on White EB??

I'm not very good at imagining what things will look like on my Explorer so I'll ask y'all instead. What color neons would look good on my 98 Eddie Bauer Explorer that is White (White with gold/tan fender flares).
I was thinking green to go with the gold but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

Here's a recent pic and it will probably have a billet grill and clear corners soon.

hey yea me too im wondering about the same thing b/c mines the same color but its a 1st gen. X i was thinking of maybe orange or amber to match like the front of my car since i have the amber night rider light and it looks really cool w/ the parking lights...i dunno hmm

I know anything goes with white and i like the blue but i don't know if blue and gold/tan go together. I'll prob end up puttin a couple neons inside and i don't think blue would llok good on tan interior.

PS. No yellow... the X is already a light color, you need a darker color to break it up.

I dont think yellow would be a good choice for neon. its too bright and hurts the eyes. plus i think it might stand out really good for cops to nab you if you have them on in traffic

That's what I was gonna say, white! It's unique and it looks COOL at night. I was gonna get a white kit, but I decided on orange.

I definately won't get yellow, and white is prob off the list too, i do need a darker color since my X is so light.

you could always do what everone eles seems to do....just go with blue and be like every other person with neon lights, i have probably yet to see a car decked out NICELY in something other than blue in person, lots on the net but nothign in person its always blue...

Aight, looks like the majority so far is against blue. What about purple? I know I'm askin a lot but I'm really not sure. Green will probably be it if I don't get too many more reponses.

What exactly do white neons look like? Do they light up sorta purpleish? Kinda like a black light color? or are they just white? Anyone got pics? I cant really think of a color that will go good with the green color of my explorer.

When I was in Chicago a few weeks back, I saw a black X-EB with amber neons. Man it was sweeeeeeeet!! I tried like hell to catch the guy because my friend has a green EB Expedition and he's looking for some neons.

Anyway, the amber was sharp!!!
