Nerf Bars fitting?

I have a 94 Sport and have found a pair of nerf bars on EBay ->Dead Link Removed that I'm interested in. My question, does anyone know if will they work in conjunction with the factory side skirts on the Sports. I'm not so much worried about the bolting up, because they came off of the same year sport as mine. I guess I just want to make sure they will stick out further than the sideskirt to be usable. I don't want to buy them, bolt them up , and they be under the sideskirts. Hope this makes sense.

Not sure abut the pair shown there, but I know most of the aftermarket bars will easily clear the tupperware on the trucks.
