Just bought my 2013 explorer sport loaded except DVD headrests.Told the dealer I wanted them.He told me no problem and said it would be 1600.Great good price for factory headrests.They Msrp around 2000.Picked it up and to my awe they weren't factory they were aftermarket by Rosen.What pissed me off is they didn't even match.50 grand vehicle they better look dam good.This was done by rosen at the dealer don't the service people look.Now I'm pissed because they overcharged me for aftermarket stuff.They run about 1200 installed by Rosen at your house.I guess what I'm wondering what does Ford think about dealers putting aftermarket stuff in your new vehicle and your impression it's factory.Nice way for the dealer to sneak more coin out of your pocket when you thought you were getting a deal.Cant wait to the survey comes in the mail by Ford.If you want factory stuff make sure it is...As for rosen there still trying to get the headrests right.
