I replaced my 2002 4x4 Limited's original brakes at about 76K miles, probably could have gone another 5-10K, but no more. At 80-85K that would have been the furthest I ever went on brakes and you beat me by 20K+ miles.
That said, the only reason not to re-use the rotors is if they are damaged. The pads will not wear them out, unless you drove the pads down to metal to metal contact. Otherwise, rotors generally only go bad due to warping (over torquing - usually at shops that use an impact wrench improperly, or if they have been overheated - usually due to riding the brakes, such as on a long downhill while pulling a trailer). I always turn rotors when replaceing braek pads, and replace only if necessary.
I many cases, the rotors can be turned by a professional (the specs are cast in to the side of the rotor) with specialized equipment. If warping or gouging can be turned without going below the min. thnkness spec, they are certainly safe for re-use.
