ok I got the tranny shifting and everything seems good, but now I have no throtle response. the throttle is opening with gas pedal as should. It has a delay and is not snappy. Could it be the TPS or injectors? It has a little ruff idle(600rpm) but not that big of a deal. If it was the injectors than my idle would be way off right? any suggestions

Also seems like it is running rich, I can smell burnt gas. it smells different than fresh gas.

alright guys thanks for everyones help got the problems all worked out. I pulled a rookie jacko move and had the firing order wrong. And my guess was there was air in the torque converted because I cycled the gears and jacked the ass end up and let it run for a bit and now everything works perfectly. Thanks.
