X~Factor: The accident I had was never really fixed right by the body shop coupled with the mounting work that needed to be done to the engine and exhaust. I just decided I would rather spend that money on a hefty down payment for another X. I got this one for less than $15000.00 with a little over 32k on the odometer.
Wanted a late 2nd gen. so I could swap as many things from my 97 and know they would fit. Plus I like the way the 2nd gens drive over the 3rd gens. 3rd gens. always felt like more of a "car" to me... no offense to the people that own them of course! I still think they look awesome.
