New GPS for the Pumpkin

Picked up a Lowrance Elite 5m Baja to replace my Garmin GPS III+. Sure lovin' the big screen. Really like that the unit is within reach of both myself and passenger.

Also added an Alpine head unit last month. Now my '93 has hands free cell, Pandora, VHF/UHF and HF communications and navigation.

Who needs a '13

I can get to the volume knob, presets, and the buttons to skip Pandora songs, about all I need. If they made the unit without a CD player I would have bought it that way

My HF rig is an Icom 706.

The VHF/UHF is an Icom 2800.

Ah. The 706 is a 2 meter I think. I was just wondering. I have a magnum 257 10 meter. I didn't know what all the big kids played with haha.
