1996 Ford Explorer XLT
First to start I am brand NEW at this forum so I am sorry if this is in the wrong place...forgive me....Just wanted to see if anyone could answer my few questions about my 1996 explorer...

First I want to lower it about 2" to about 2.5"......I know you need blocks for the rear and a torsion twist up front....but I dunno how to go about this...

I can successfully complete the rear but still need some help understanding the torsion twist....To my research everyone (or almost everyone) is using the TT to lift their X monsters... I was just wondering if anyone could direct me to a post somewhere or explain to me how to lower using the TT.....

Thanx alll help is appreciated.....DaMcNastyMan

ooppppss forgot to ask...would anyone be interested in helping to a Manual Trans to go behind a 5.0L V8???

basically you just loosen the adjuster bolt.
it will soften the ride and lower the static ride-height.

Lowering fits more in the Street Trucks section of the site, so you would probably have better luck finding the info there.
