Hello,
New to the forums, but have been using it to get help on a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited I recently purchased.
Currently stationed at Ft. Bliss (El Paso, Tx).
Picked up the Explorer not to long ago with 121k miles and we'll maintained but I think it's gonna be time to upgrade some wear and tear parts.
I recently got a P1450 code and change the purge valve but the check engine light is still on. I'm aware of the cycles it has to go through so I changed it before a road trip (El Paso - Phoenix) roughly 900 miles round trip with city driving included. Light still on. Went to try to reset it and the AutoZone Tech said he couldn't. So now I'm lead to believe there is another issue that falls under the P1450 code.
