I went to lowes and get some brackets then cut and bent until I was satisfied and I think it looks pretty good and I can take them off once I get my brushguard. Let me know what you think. sorry some of them are blurry.
This is the bracket after installed.

I think this is the best part of the entire install was where I fashioned the toggle for the lights. Took alot of fitting to get it in there just right

Are those "Blazer" lights, aka Walmart specials? They look like the ones I have on my roofrack. :D

I bought them at autozone they are called baja's commander's I believe I should have took a pic with the covers on them. But I do know they were the most expensive but definitely not the cheapest . Cost was 39.99

Mine have "Baja" covers but the box said blazers. I paid $40 for 4. They get the job done, but I'm thinking about throwing 100w bulbs in mine because they're not as bright as I'd like. Nice job though, I love the bumper mounted lights. Let me know if your beams of light "shake" and vibrate though, because that's the issue I have with mine.

I like them, they look like they belong there..

I just looked at the box they came in and they aren't blazers they're pilot's :(
But I drove around last night and went into a field we go through to the woods for camping and the lights didn't budge but when I installed them I noticed no matter how much I tightened the lights they still were moveable by hand so I luckily found two more locking washers in my tool box and added those to the inside of the adjustment bolt and now you have to loosen them to get them to move ( which was a little pain aiming them.)

adambodkins,

Does the lights beam bounce around when driving in the field, off-road or when you hit a bump on road ?

It did at first but as stated above I put to extra locking washers inbetween the nuts and bolts and now everything is secure.

I was more interested in the Mount itself, it looks a little thin ?

actually it is pretty sturdy I was worried about it at first but it has proven to hold up

OK then looks good and work, what more could you want.

R U the one with the wires going between the fender and body ?

If so, how did that turn out; did you run them through the grommet as suggest ?

For proper operation and long term reliability, it is important to run the wire in a manner that there is no possibility of being pinched or rubbed especially between metal.
Take the time to run the wire through the grommet and any place where there is possibility of contact with metal add extra protection.
Also as stated in the other thread use properly sized fuses on all power leads and as close to the power source as possible.

Ltr,

nope I ran my wires against the frame up the driveshaft and into that grommet on the drive shaft. And zip tied everywhere. Pretty sturdy.

Not to be too picky but are we talking the Driveshaft the Gear Shift or the Steering column ?
