- 2015 Explorer Sport
Just wanted to write a quick note to introduce myself. I just traded in my 2011 F-150 super crew cab 4x4 with the 3.5L ecoboost engine today for a 2015 Explorer Sport in magnetic metallic (same color as my F-150).
I did drive a Limited first today, but after driving nothing but ecoboost driven vehicles for the last couple of years (wife has an Escape with the 2.0L ecoboost) I knew the Sport would be the vehicle for me. The thing doesn't feel like an SUV to me at all...it's a rocket on wheels. Definitely more pep than my wife's Escape for sure.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. My Ford Touch is a lot better than the plain Sync that was in my F-150 and my wife's Escape. It actually doesn't suck...at least so far.
