I'm new member. We own a 98 Ford Explorer 4.0 L 6cyl OHC. I'm legally blind so I can not drive, but my wife depends on this second hand vehicle to operate. We can not lock the passenger side door so why would I need anti theft? The anti theft locks out the windshield wipers, window raise and lower and is a all out pain when my wife drives 22 miles home in pouring down rain in the dark with no windshield wipers, out right dangerous. I would completely disable it or bi-pass it, rip it out ... if I could.
