new member with Explorer issue from PA

Hi! I am looking for help with a 2006 Ford Explorer - I have a loud clunking noise when putting it in gear and reverse and also when I am driving it will clunk like it is shifting but real hard? anyone have any ideas? thanks.:exp:

Welcome to this forum! Check the U joints, and the engine/transmission mounts.
