New Member with questions

Hi all

Find this site to be very informative, and have learned alot Thanks. My 2 questions are: I have a 93 Bauer 4x4 with 200,000+ miles, I beleive it has a 95 amp alternator, is the 130 amp alternator the same size or can you tell the difference? I was thinking of putting one of those hho generators in it and thought I could use the extra amps. Also will a thottle body from a 5.0l v-8 explorer bolt up to this four liter OHV?

...You can get a stock 130 amp for your X at most all parts stores...Tell them you have a "Limited"...The Limited's came stock with the higher amp alt's...

as far as the alt goes ya your can get a 130 at any parts store, and if you want more amperage you can get aftermarket 200 amp ones online, but that might be overkill if your not powering lots of lights or sound equipment.

do your reading on hho before you mess with it, its tricky to get just right
