After finding a frozen ebrake cable (luckily the driver's side) I torn into the back end. Since my truck has a 'high rust index', I wanted to take everything off to know what to order and make sure I could get it apart and back together. Parts came from Rock Auto - service kit, new guide pins, ebrake linings, new rotors and ceramic pads. Only parts not replaced were the calipers and guide pin boots. $193 included shipping. Put the ebrake cable in yesterday afternoon - 20 min. Did the rest this morning in 2 hours. Now I have an emergency brake. Critical as I will tow this behind the motor home.
I used a long pipe cleaner to hold and position the locking pin for the ebrake lining hold down - the one with the blind access insertion hole.
