I don't really care for it. Garage is too small, and house is too small plus it costs me 1000k a month in rent.
We are looking to buy or build right now. The owner of the house is giving my wife an amount for us to buy this house. She had a price quoted to raise it and add a daylight basement for 10k so that may be nice but it all depends on the amount she throws at us.
