That's the plan Going for the Trailblazer SS/ Cherokee SRT8 look. Now I need to get her lowered a little bit and the outside will pretty much be done for a while.

Very nice. Gotta love the 5 spokes and the slightly understated look of polished aluminum. The rims should say something about your intentions for the vehicle, and I think these do so perfectly.

btw go with DRILLED brakes not slottted, slotted breaks can actualy INCREASE stopping distance(look at the breaks on any REAL race car...they are always drilled, not slotted)...i got my power-stop rotors with pads on ebay for like 360...good stuff...i can make my friends eat the dash if i want ^.^

Zerodevil- I don't think these rims came in 20X10's. I had a heck of a time even finding specs on them because they stopped making them in 04' or 05'. The reason I love these rims are because they look very similar to my stock chrome limited's, but in 20's.

Today really sucked. I was running late this morning to get to my mom's so I was driving extra swift Got pulled over and got my first speeding ticket Got a warning on my tint Then I get to my mom's, my brother is like, "where's your 20's?" (My girlfriend didn't know I had bought them yet) She looked at me and said what 20's? So long story short, she is giving me the silent treatment Tomorrow we will have a "talk" I'm sure and then hopefully she will be over it. I have to see if I can pay to get this ticket off my record and I need to get my ranger and bronco put up for sale so that I can get some money put away for a house. You could consider marking it up. Theres no such thing as an SVT Mountaineer obviously, but my tail gate says it and i've been asked over and over if its a real svt lol (the center caps on my rims say it too, so I think they see both and are convinced haha). But again, regardless your truck looks very nice.....

The problem with the SVT badge is that I couldn't back it up Not fast enough to wear that badge yet. Plus I am a little iffy on badging it something that it's really not. If the explorer ever makes the grade to wear one, I just might though.

You should ghost SVT in big letters across the sides so that it is barely noticeable. You know, keep it subtle.

My sister owns a graphic arts business and I have talked to her about making some kind of overlay for the emblems that say FAST in the ford writing with a black background. So instead of FORD, you get FAST. I have to see i I can get the plastic clear covering off in order to do it. I know you can buy the emblems, but if she can make them cheaper, then why not?

Also, I have been working on polishing my wheels. Two of them have some corosion and heavy buildup that's hard to get to. One is a little better and another is going to be quick. I was just going to do a light sand and polish, but I am doing it right the first time. Process is as follows: 600 grit, then 800, 1500, 2000. I will then finish it off with Never Dull. I also have some Mother's in case I need to use that. I have only done one wheel with 600 grit and it's been over an hour I got most of the heavy residue off so I hope the process speeds up! I will take a before pic and after once I get one wheel finished to see if the results are worth it. It's my first time doing this, so be easy on me

Well pictures will be later because my camera is in the Ex and my girlfriend is driving it. I only finished one wheel after 4hrs of work But it is much nicer and cleaner looking. As long as I keep them cleaned and polished, I hope to NEVER have to do this again.

Ford put a cool logo out for awhile on that interceptor concept they had planned for 09....... it was the word Muscle as in muscle car, with the U and S blue and red like so, very cool, very american.

I Actually even considered it as a tattoo for awhile, but figured if you didn't understand, i'd look like a tool or meathead walking around with the word muscle on me haha

Thanks. Been pretty busy lately so I haven't been able to take them in for balancing and one new tire. Next week I will get them on, get the Ex cleaned up a bit and some new pictures. About a week or two after, I will see about lowering it.

Very nice!! That is the look I am going for. Need to wait for my existing tires to get low enough for me to buy some new tires!! I want to get the Boss 335's Silver with the polished lip. I have a Blue Ex with the gray lower, I think they would look the best!

Keep up the good work. Let me know what you do for lowering it. I am still debating if I want to do it or not!
