Welcome to the site, it should just pop out, mine is held in by lil snap mechanisms that just snap out but its not the easiest and then the actual door handle part is held by screws.

I would suggest using a door panel removal tool from one of your automotive stores such as PepBoys, Autozone, Kragen, NAPA, etc.

It's really easy actually. You need to get a good grasp on the edging of the panel itself, and you can just use the tool to start pulling the plastic pressured snap pieces. There's about 10 around the door in total. Be sure to remove the screws from behind the handle itself first though. The handle part (which has all your buttons) will need to be slid off as you pull the door up to get it out of the window part.

I know this was short, so just post any questions you may have. And welcome to the site.

yup, and if you have any speaker/wiring questions dont be afraid to stop by the audio section...
