New to wheeling explorers and this site

picked up a 98 4 door 4x4 to wheel this summer. has the 4.0 in it. basically i want to cheap wheel it this year while routing my build plans through research. any "before i hit the trail" fixes or mods to know of?

Tons... Start searching using the Google search near the top of every page. Try "torsion twist" and that will get you started on the right track

Welcome to the forum! I would do a TT (torsion twist) and rear shackles and/or AAL (add a leaf)

That's all basically done. The stabilizer bars will be done today as well. "Lincoln locker" will be added to the rear once I get my front axle operable. Is there a write up on stuffing a 8500lb winch Inside a stock 98 bumper? If not I'm considering it. Seems like the perfect candidate.
