New York anyone?

My 97 just starting out!

hey everyone. my names rich and i inherited my dads 1997 explorer xlt. I am really excited for it to finally be mine. I want to lift it and all that fun stuff but don't have the money right now. Ive got around 160,000 miles on it but still runs great. Its my daily driver and i put a tone of miles on it. But those miles are on pavement. Its going to be a while until i start to do anything to it. Most likey. I was wondering if there was anyone from new york here. especially long island! Ive found a bunch of my friends who seem to have everything but explorers. Just hoping to see some other explorer enthusiasts near me. In my travels to school and back I've seen 2 explorers that were lifted. but only briefly lol. oh well Lemme know if ur from long island even new york

There she is. Green with a tiny bit of dirt on her.

Looks pretty rust free for a NY vehicle. I'd paint those faded pillars in the back. It'd make a huge difference.

I eventually want to do a two tone. top gunmetal grey/ bottom black. but i like the green now and yea i might just spray pain it for now black, cause it annoys me that its faded lol.
