NEX Decal & Shirt Thread

Unless ike says otherwise. I wanna try to limit how many versions of the shirt we have. So, I was thinking if somthing was to change in the front, to replace the new england pic with the one that is on the back, in the same small size. But I kinda like the new england pic. I would be willing though, if the group in masses wants the big logo pic on the back in the front, then we can do that. Or a small logo on the front with nothing on the back. As far as orders go, the orders wont be placed through me. It will be direct through the vendor. Once I get my shirt, to make sure they look and feel good, i will post pics, and we will go from there on orders.

Now seriously about the shirt I do think the design now slated for the back would look great on the front & the New England states emblem blown up on the back w/our name &/or nicknames under the emblem or in the state we represent. That way when we go to shows & whatnot as a group we are representing the club, region & states we live in. All showing pride

Not a bad idea, but here's something...I'm moving to NH, so what would happen to me having a MA- or VT-specific shirt? Not that everyone else is moving a lot either, but still... Let's keep it simple with the same design throughout. I'm still in favor of the original.

I meant the whole New England states emblem be blown up to fit in between the shoulder blades on the back of the shirt & I also stated have our names or nicknames on the bottom of the emblem OR in the state. But we can also write our own names in w/a fabric marker & stencils.
I still say flop the front w/the back & blow up the New England region emblem. From my days as a graphic designer, this will draw more attention in either direction better that way.

Once again an idea gets pigeon holed. It seems to never fail that every time I put up ideas & suggestions it gets poo pooed one way or another.
Are we not a club? Do we not all get a vote? If all ideas are only up to the prez & vice prez why should the rest of us even bother... Yes thats how Im beginning to feel.
The design should be up to the whole club to make suggestions & we all should vote on it & ok it if we are shelling out our own cash & not cash that has been pooled in a club account. We should have a few designs that we can pick between to make the best team shirt possible not just one.
Do we not wanna make people stand up & notice this club when we are out & about?? Do we not wanna make a bold statement about who we are??

From my days of counting numbers, I know more people are in favor of it the way it is. If you want one that way, maybe it can be made up for you. From my days of working around lettered up shirts representing some kind of organization or company, this is a far more popular way of conveying their image, know what I mean? Small logo or text on the chest, and a large graphic on back. Am I wrong?

Yes you can count how many people have 1 single idea to go off of.
As a person who has 3yrs of graphic design under their belt a company will go w/whatever design you give them to silk screen. There is no true tshirt template just whatever you hand them to print.

I pmed you the vendors contact number for the decals. Hes the same guy whos doing our shirts. He told me, he thinks he will be able to get the larger sizes.
