currently i still dont have 4low as i need to link up with ryan on the 8th we're planning to tear down my tcase shifter motor and rebuild it.

im guessing the 187+K on it and wisconsin winters combined with me driving around in water holes submerging it helped accelerate the corrosion process inside it haha.

anyways. lets figure something out!

I'm on call again but, I have been moved to 2nd on call which gives me a little more freedom, as long as I have my work puter and internet access.

I'm checking the parts from the shed and rebuilding that front driveshaft now. I also have a shift motor but it needs to be rebuild and mounted back on the spare transfer case. Andy, you can have both if you want.

Paul, you missed a great boat ride last Sat. We ran down the ship canal and found some of the crab boats. Edgar Hanson had his family on the Northwestern. We exchanged a few words but didn't want to seem like over zelous fans.

Okay, you're off the hook for fence work - - I can guarantee internet access so since you've pimped my place so much, you'd better show up - - we need to talk trail selections and spare parts anyway. Sorry about missing the boat ride, got caught up ripping out a defunct water feature and moving more landscaping blocks...

Andy - - we can pull your rig in the garage to work on it. I've got no skills on re-building the shifter motor, but can provide the space. . .(and some tools). There's also a Harbor Freight Tools less than a mile from the house.

Kevin - Come on down in the Focus - - you can probably make it from your house to mine and back on only 5 gallons... We need to coerce Phil into doing Moab Rim(?!?)

I am game. I have towork a half day that day so the afternoon is clear. I may also be picking up a yellow Ford Ranger at the Ferry terminal that day that needs a clutch. Making a little extra cash helping out a co-worker.

As far as trails, Rick is says that he wants to take it kind of easy since he has neglected the Pumpkin for the Dart as of late. I recommended Rose Garden Hill and then TOTW on Friday, Golden Spike on Saturday, and then just give it hell on Sunday (Moab Rim sounds good to me).

Primary goal is wrenching on a few rigs (or pieces of rigs), swapping parts (as required), bullshitting, and grub and beer, etc. May even have a fire pit to throw a few logs on if its still cooler weather come next week...

No issue with the trail choices, just the rotation. Know you want to finally get to TOTW, and Poison Spider / Golden Spike / Gold Bar Rim is a great full day ride. I'd rather do a trail like Moab Rim on Friday or Saturday, so I'd have a day or two to fix the rig (if required) for the drive home. Lost a U-joint (front drive shaft) last year on Metal Masher, so thats one I'd like to get back to... Also some other trail options we can discuss next Saturday, but as you well know, no real decisions get made until about 8:30 in the City Market parking lot.

Too funny about Ken - was going to add him as a "possible", but knew you'd be the guy to find out if he wants to come or not...

How's 11:00 o'clock sound for a start time? Earlier's fine too for those diving into transfer cases. . .
