I need 2 more inches in the back end to compensate for my TT. Some performance co's are saying that you can't install add-a-leaf to a mono spring as I have, they are only for a spring packs. They have no shackles either. F-150 springs sound like a big undertaking. Are mono springs not used on all 97
4x4's. Can I get spring packs from a junk yard and swap.

Find a set of stock springs from a 4 door. That should give you the lift you are looking for. I don't remember where it is, but there's a good write up on using stock 4 door springs in place of the mono's. Maybe try a search? Hope that helps.

All 2dr sports have mono and all 4dr have leafpacks. Like notajp said hit up a 4dr at the junk yard.

I have made that swap. It is cake if you have access to air tools.
A bit more work with hand tools, but very doable in one afternoon.

Lemmie know if I can help
