Well here is my problem, when i turn full lock to make a right turn my pedal goes right to the floor if i need to hit the brakes. Now once I straiten the wheel up I can pump them a few times there there wont be a problem till I have to make a right turn. It has only done this since its been lifted so its not a problem in my 2wd conversion. I ahve blead the lines, replaced most of the fluid and made new brackets for them thinking they are streched but they are not.

Any ideas?

You're smashin a brake line with the tire when turning. That's my guess.

nope. my guess is calipers so far

Perhaps air in the master cylinder or the master has a bypass problem and is not able to provide the amount of pressure needed when perhaps your brake line (rubber) is bent for the turn.

rebuild the calipers with new pistons and seals. Even if it doesn't fix the problem it is a very good thing to do.

It won't be the calipers. The caliper lines are it most likely. Look at both of them very carefully, from end to end. If they look perfect, then start turning the wheel to where the problem happens, and looking more. Good luck,

See thats what I orginally thought. I check all the time and it never does it. Come to think of it both side do it now when you take the wheel all the way to full lock. I have end take the brackets off to where the hard lines attach tryign to see if its streching the line which it still isn't. I am lost

You have used some help to make those checks, yes? Someone needs to be in the truck, turning the wheels, while you look around at the brakes. Do be sure to set the parking brake hard, and set a chock of some kind in front of a back tire. Good luck, let us know what you find.

Well if you need help, let me know. I come over and give you a hand.

Also, when you are hitting the floor with the pedal, do you loose fluid or does the pedal just hit the floor and no fluid loss?

No fluid loss which means it almost has to be air or the line balloning. I am going to try to fix it this week after I get this take care of

I lost my keys
