No Brights

about a year ago when i was installing my fog lights i tried to relay them up to my high beams and i mesed something up after i got it right 2 fuses had been blown i fixed those now the brights don't work the lever for them does nothing when i flip the highs the lows and fogs just stay on i an thinking i blew out the relay but am i on the right track

yup sounds like a relay or the multifunction (turn) switch.

ok i just checked to make sure i was right with the prolblem when i flip the brights on the fogs stay on but the headlights go out and the bright symbol does not appear in the dash
