my 95 explorer on has for wires going to the Data link Connector and when i plug in any type of scanner nothing happens, no matter what. the wires are orange blue and two black. any suggestions on what to do or where to start, i already replaced the PCM and still nothing it used to work before and then it stopped all of a sudden, where does it get its power. Anyone all suggestions will be considered thanx.
