Realize this has been covered numerous times but I can’t find the information I’m looking for and hope someone can give me some advise. Don’t have heat but AC works well. Both lines to heater core are hot. Switch manual temp control to heat and get nothing but cold air. I don’t see the blend actuator move when I move control to hot? Also I can find were the gray vacuum line terminates inside the dash? Would this be a case were I should cut into the plastic to see if the door is stuck? Not sure what to do any help or advice will be a great help thanks Keith

When you are adjusting the temp from hot to cold do you here a clicking sound in the dash? I suspect your problem is the temperature blend door motor, a not uncommon failure. There are ways to replace it without removing the entire dash. There are threads on here regarding how to do it.

had the same exact problem on my 08 xlt. I replaced the blend door actuator and it didn’t work, took it back a second and third time and the first two Chinese parts wouldn’t work. The third part was made in USA or Canada worked so be aware if parts aren’t working.

like you I had to purchase a blend door from NAPA before I found one that would work. Thanks for the help.
