No injector pulse 95 explorer

1995 Explorer 4.0

Have spark, and fuel pressure in specs. Have no injector pulse have replaced cam synch and sensor, and crank sensor. Can not find a flow chart for checking any help

Check for positive 12 volts at pin 37 and pin 57 of the PCM (red wires). These supply injectors with positive power, and the computer individually controls each ground.

To see if the computer is still controlling the ground side, disconnect one injector, and probe the wire that is not red with a test light. Then, connect the other side of the test light to the positive battery terminal and crank the engine. The test light should pulse. If it does not, check another injector, and suspect bad computer if none pulse.
