This govenator likes to shut down everything that makes money for the state. The parks, DMV, BSIS, BAR, etc.. He is a complete idiot..
How exactly does one shut down a park the size of Borrego? All they would do is remove the rangers and any services, like camp grounds and visitor centers. Its not like they can prevent you from using them, they are deeded as parks and are to be used by the public. Then off roaders of the jerk variety can come in and trash the place.

Now if we could convince the Govenator to shut down the Weight Stations for a bit that would be a good thing :
