no power at front washer pump

Hi everyone. I searched around the forum but did not see anything directly related to the 92 explorer. I have no power at the front washer pump. Rear works fine and the wipers work as well. When I press the button I get .5 volts for a split second then it goes to zero. Is there a multifunction realy for this like on the newer explorers? Or is the switch a common problem?
