Does anyone know how many hot wires go to the radio? I have a 94 explorer and getting 12v from the power feed, 2V from the illumination feed, and no volts from the memory feed. Should i be getting power volatage from the memory feed? is there sufficient voltage from illumination feed? I tried two other radios in my truck and still not getting any power to radio.

Help anyone

Check your fuses and get back to us. There is a diagram in the handbook that you keep in your glove compartment, right? Im not sure in Gen1s, but in gen2s fuses 27 and 29 effect the HU, check those and your handbook and get back to us.

checked all the fuses and they are fine. Radio Power feed is getting voltage so i don't see how it can be the fuse.

You might just want to bone up and get a new CD player. Changing the wiring usually fixes those problems. The Stock HU's arnt the most well made HU's (especially in the 91).
