I have a 2000 explorer and have starting to have a promblem with no power. Just bought a new battery 138 bucks! which thought might be, but no. I will get into and everthing is dead almost like I have no battery at all in my truck. I will turn the ignition key and nothing. I then will make sure it is in park, which it is. MY power remote will not work on unlocking the doors also. I called my ford dealer and you know how that goes. But it always comes back to life which is odd. I have to reset my clock, but not my radio stations which is odd to?

Check all your connections and cables.

check all the fuses. and not just all the little ones, i mean the big ones for the battery and engine.

well I'm not that much of a wizard when it comes to electrical so where would I start, under the dash or under the hood. I also have electric start would this cause a problem?
