No Start Emergency

hi, i was dreading making a post here but figured i may as well as i do need a vehicle. My 1995 ford explorer will not start. It will not turn over and is completely dead. I will be working on it all night since i work 2nd shift. I'm still relatively new at working on my explorer so please have patience. I will be available after 12am pst. Thanks.

do lights come on with head lamp switch? Time of year probably battery if ok have some one turn ign.swithch while you tap starter

the dark area on the fuse is not letting it conduct 100 percent elect. buy contact cleaner and clean all your fuses while you are at it. buy electric grease and put it on all the elect connections. as time goes by electric connections start to get diffetent type corrosion and need to be cleaned. electronic componects are real sensitive because they work on real low voltage. it is even worse if you live in areas where there is high humidity( i live in the country of Panama).
