Greetings and Hello,

I’m interested in getting some feedback on a “no start issue”. I recently bought my explorer knowing there was an issue with the throttle! Example: Rpms increase, and transmission sounds like it’s slipping, but release the throttle, and the problem is resolved. I broke down today, and now my “baby” won’t start at all. Yes, I did have previous issues with ignition, but it would always start on the second try. Also, there is no spark coming from the electrodes. The codes I get from my computer are c 1230 and c 1102 which is ABS! Any suggestions?

If no spark, spark is initiated by the crank shaft position sensor. Begin looking there.
