No Start, not turning over

OK here's the deal, 97 explorer sport. Girlfriend just called and she stopped and got gas and now it won't turn over. I know its not the battery since jumping didn't help. I'm figuring some relay since she checked fuse panel inside and no blown fuse. The problem is is I don't have a manual showing relays etc. Any quick suggestions? Otherwise I'm gonna take a screwdriver and jump the starter during lunch to get her home. The starter isn't clicking or anything.

I'm gonna check it tonight, I think its either the relay or starter.....We'll see I guess (relay would be easier though ).
