97 Explorer 5.0 AWD with mere 164, 000 miles dead at work. Been running fine. Won't start, only single click in relay on fender each try. tried jumping, cleaning battery terminals, checked battery at Auto store (good, 950 plus cranking amps), tapping on starter as someone turns key, replaced relay on fender. starter not moving at all. Freakin terminals on starter can't be reached to take off, unless you take starter off and turn towards ground. tried even pulling/moving wire to starter as much as possible. Even going through wheelwell and moving thin flap aside, you can't reach the darn thing......grrrrr......
