Did you have to have the abs ecm reprogrammed to get it to shake hands with your trucks pcm or did it just work?

Hi sparkola. The new ABS unit just worked. The ABS light comes on after a few miles these days but I think that's down to a front sensor/ worn hub and switching the ignition off and on again clears it, so I'm not too bothered, but i need to get a diagnostic check done to confirm. Otherwise, OK. GRoB.
