Just read the manual. There's no voice-command for the air-conditioned seats. I find that so bizarre as everything else (and then some) can be voice-controlled.
 






I was disapointed to see the heated seats weren't voice controlled too :(
 






Maybe they'll add it in in the future. It should work since you control it via MFT.
