No wipers

I HAVE A 95 FORD RANGER WIPERS WONT WORK! I HAVE POWER AT SWITCH,MOTOR,RELAY BUT WIPERS DO NOT WORK. NO OHMS WITH SWITCH ON AT MOTOR , GOOD FUSE,TRIED NEW SWITCH DID NOT HELP ($70) LATER.EVEN SWITCHED AROUND RELAYS WITH STILL HAVING NO FIX. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS PLEASE NEED HELP!!:confused

At that point you need to start tracing wires to see where you lose voltage

that is my next "DREADED" step, I was trying to avoid by use of this fourm.THANKS for response to my problem.
