Noise Suppressor for Fuel Pump?

I tried search and got nothing.
There's a TSB out for X's up to 99 on a fuel pump noise filter, however, I have an 04. Is there a TSB for this? I have a VHF High Band Radio, and I'd like to try and stop any problems before they happen. I called the my local radio sales guy to check into this.

Fuel Pump Noise Suppression

Captain,

Did you check the ham radio forum on this site? There are several homebrew solutions out there. The kit from Ford is installed at the fuel pump, so it requires dropping the tank. Also, it is not 100% effective.

On VHF high band you should not have a problem. Usually the trouble bands are HF amateur radio and CB.

Some have reported success using snap-on ferrite chokes on the cable running to the pump. I recommend feedthrough capacitors installed in series with the (+) and (-) fuel pump wires, as close as possible to the pump, and grounded to the frame. Chokes and capacitors will work even better. Do not use those "car stereo noise filters"

A good radio shop will have the parts you need, or you can get the capacitors from rfparts.com and the chokes from dx engineering.
