anyone know if having a rear view mirror...the one on the windshield...is necessary to pass new york state inspection?
I had a cracked windsheild, and for $35, had a NYS inspection. But.......I well..... , there are repair kits to restick the one ya got , and they are easy to fix as long a syou clean the windshield and the mirrot bracket. Or you can get a cheap one from the parts store.
