O2 Sensor Replacement 2004 Explorer

I am replacing O2 sensor on a 2004 Explorer. Located before the cat on passenger side. Transmission lines and cat heat shield are preventing me from disconnecting wiring harness. Anyone know a way to disconnect wires without disconnecting transmission lines and removing heat shield?
