Yeah, I saw that to. I'm not sure which one to get. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

most of their prices are about the same as you would pay at autozone or discount autoparts.. not sure which one you need, best bet is to get under it and look, you want to count the wires going in, and estimate how long they are, mine only has one and it is 3lead, 16"..If you have a local parts store, take it or them out and take with you..

If I don't have alternative transpotation, can you drive your vehicle w/o the O2 sensor? At least to the auto store to buy the new ones.

Not sure, never tried it. I know it doesn't start reading until it reachs a certain temp.,but don't remember what it is off the top off my head.. Can you take it out, make a rough picture or digital picture to take to the parts store with you..That is what I did with my fpr to make sure I got the right one..If not, jot down notes like how many wires in, how long they are..Good luck

If you drive with the o2 sensors out for a short period of time, you should be fine. You may get a check engine light, but that is probably supposed to happen. I would also bet the the engine would be loud with that type of hole in the exhaust before the muffler. But, dont hold me resposible if something breaks!!

I would pull the sensor out, take it in the house and call the guys at the part store tell them what you need give them the ford part number ( cause there are usually more than 1 listed for the explorers ) then they can cross reference it, then when you pick it up just compare it to the original just to double check cause once you install it you probably can not return it, hope this saves you from driving without the sensor in cause it will be loud as heck. Good luck.
